IMMEDIATE COVID UPDATE
REMOTE LEARNING FRIDAY 12/11
Good Evening Elk Valley Family,
Due to quarantine orders impacting several essential district functions in the areas of food service, transportation, maintenance, and administration the hard decision to move to remote learning was made.
All students should make contact with their teachers tomorrow and do their best to remote in on devices they have available to them now at home. We anticipate remote learning continuing next week but a final decision will be shared tomorrow. In an additional announcement, we will provide details for wifi hotspots, Chromebook equipment pickup for the student’s on Monday, December 14th at 3 PM at 701 Delaware, Longton, KS 67352.
Meals for Friday, December 11th will be available for pickup to all students from 11 AM to 12 PM at 701 Delaware, Longton, KS outside the bell tower door. Details for meals next week on Tuesday and Thursday will be provided at a later time tomorrow. Since the remote was triggered by staffing we are planning on having our next home game on Monday as scheduled. Further information on this will be released as well.
