KDHE Test to Stay/Play Opt In Form
We are proud to announce our acceptance and participation in the KDHE Test to Stay & Play grant. We have already successfully helped many students avoid a lengthy at-home quarantine. We encourage families to review the program and return the opt-in participation form if you want your student to be able to participate. Please sign and return the form with your child.
